We are looking for a brilliant creative marketing lead to join our growing team. This talented marketeer will help shape and execute the future look and feel of Cobal, managing the marketing output and helping to build our brand towards industry leadership.

Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

About you

If you live and breathe marketing, have a passion for Architecture and Design and are creative …then, we need to talk! We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who strives for the best to take responsibility for the guardianship of our brand and the growth of our inbound sales channels.

First and foremost, you must be an experienced marketeer, having grown brands in the A&D space. You will understand Brand, but can bend the rules enough to apply it in new ways that will excite our clients.
You will have experience within a marketing role, applying design to business problems while excelling at developing content. We expect you will be a capable graphic designer as well as competent marketing and communication strategy. The role will require planning and production of material, so practical experience is a must.

How this role supports delivery of our vision

To lead the industry in delivering brand experience in the built environment requires us to inspire our clients with thoughtful and engaging marketing content and demonstrate, through our own brand, that we can be trusted to be guardians of our client’s brands.


Principal Duties

  • Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified inbound sales enquires.

  • Continue to evolve brand creative in line with the commercial ambitions and business opportunities to build Cobal into an industry leading brand.

  • Provide management, leadership, inspiration, guidance, support and brand direction for the team. Encourage excellence, ambition and team spirit.

  • Manage the marketing and brand production budgets.

  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.

  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, newsletters, press releases and social media that builds the Cobal brand our target clients and partners –use of WordPress CMS and liaising with web team for updates, press/news and blog/journal pages.

  • Manage image libraries; liaising with photographers, third-parties and web developers.

  • Support the creation of marketing material i.e. business cards, brochures etc.

  • Copywriting and content management, offline and online proof reading.

  • Coordinate award submissions.

  • Lead the creation of marketing material i.e. business cards, brochures etc.

  • Lead the development and fulfilment of marketing collateral for events (e.g. CPD)
