We’re growing fast and are seeking a talented full-time Project Manager with a passion for delivering projects seamlessly within the built environment.
Cobal provides a range of design, production and installation services including signage, wayfinding, placemaking, brand implementation and project delivery.
We’re known for an empathetic and creative approach that gets under the skin of a project, but also for delivering results. Our clients love us because we unlock the full potential of their projects, deliver outstanding service, and we’re fun to work with!
Our studio is based in Berkshire, from where we serve our clients across the UK and EMEA. Our client portfolio includes blue-chip companies, and global brands as well as collaborations with leading architectural practices.
The role is centred around the delivery of signage and wayfinding projects to our clients. Within this role, you’ll be client-facing as well as working across the businesses liaising between our sales, design and production teams.
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of interesting and complex projects within a rewarding company culture that nurtures both personal and professional growth. You’ll be managing multiple projects at any one time, so no two days will be the same, but a strong team ethic will mean you’ll always be supported.
While the majority of our projects are in London and the Southeast, the role involves national travel, and possibly international travel.
First and foremost, you must be an experienced project manager with a passion for delivering projects seamlessly and building long term partnerships with clients. You’re interested in design, have a passion and want to make things better and revel in delivering great client service.
Like us, you are driven by quality and have set a high bar for your work. You’ll have an awareness of best practices within project management, be methodical, organised and process-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
Along with your project management expertise, you will be able to work within our team and with our clients to discuss and communicate ideas and concepts effectively.
How to apply
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a small, friendly team, using your creativity and project management skills to influence the way people use and enjoy their surroundings. Cobal offers competitive benefits and compensation commensurate with applicable experience.
You must have a valid UK work permit.
Cobal is an equal opportunities employer – we are all unique, and that’s our greatest strength: We’re committed to creating an environment where every member of our team can bring their full self to work and develop their unique talents and strengths. We will consider all qualified applicants regardless of their race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status. We’re only interested in how well you can do the job and work as part of our team. Nothing else.
