One of our most prestigious educational projects to date is that of the University of Birmingham Library. Cobal were awarded the contract to provide external and internal signage packages, as well as developing the wayfinding scheme for the modern art library facility.
This project entailed one of our most challenging briefs to date, as a key requirement was to replace the existing crests. Artwork for this existed only at roof level, with no attainable access, and one crest had eroded significantly, which required Cobal to be meticulous in our approach to recreating the artwork.
